This November, take part in PREMvember – TinyLife’s annual campaign that brings together families, schools, and businesses to raise vital funds for premature and vulnerable babies across Northern Ireland. This month is also an opportunity to celebrate World Prematurity Day on 17th November, a day dedicated to raising awareness of the challenges faced by premature babies and their families.

How You Can Help

There are so many ways you can take part in PREMvember! Whether you're fundraising with friends and family, setting up regular giving through monthly donations, or a giving one off donation - every bit helps. 

Here are some fundraising ideas:

- Host a Coffee Morning: Gather friends or colleagues for a coffee morning, bake sale, or brunch to raise money for TinyLife.
- Take on a Sponsored Challenge: Whether it’s a sponsored run, walk, cycle, or something totally unique, every step you take helps us support more families.
- Hold a ‘Wear Purple’ Day: Organize a purple-themed day at your workplace or school to raise awareness of World Prematurity Day.
