TinySteps for TinyLife: 25 Miles for 25 Nights! Every step you take this January could have a lasting impact. Step up and join TinyLife’s virtual challenge!  Walk or run 25 miles each week in January — one mile for every night baby spends in NICU.

These 25 nights are filled with uncertainty, hope, and resilience as families navigate the challenges of caring for their premature or sick baby.  By taking on this challenge, you’ll stand with these families and help TinyLife provide the vital support they need during their most difficult days.

Registration is free, and we encourage participants to aim for a minimum fundraising goal of £100. Your efforts will help fund services, from emotional support to practical care for families and babies across Northern Ireland.  

How It Works: 
- Sign up for free and commit to covering 25 miles each week in January.  
- Choose your pace—walk or run—at a time and place that suits you.  
- Share your journey with friends and family to encourage donations.  
- Hit your fundraising goal to make an incredible impact.  

Why 25 Miles?  
Each mile represents the average 25-night stay in neonatal intensive care. Every mile honours a family’s strength... we also welcome families to take on their own version of the challenge, walking the number of miles for the number of nights that is personal to you!
