Jude 💙

Our boy was born early. He had to under go surgery at 1 Day old. 

As a Dad you only want the best for you children and sometimes we can be guilty of pushing them to hard… well I thought as Jude was born so early he might struggle and be behind in development compared to other kids his age. 

I was worried that I wouldn’t know how to handle this or how best to help Jude 

However Tinylife were there offering us help while Jude was in Hospital. Sponsoring rooms for parents to sleep in to be close to their child in the hardest of moments.

We had Roisin visit every month. Jude was so excited to see her and she really made me feel comfortable with Jude develop and just reassured us that we were doing our best. 

Trust me as a Dad you want to protect you family and you want to be the hero for them. But in this occasion I felt so out of my depth and I was circling just trying to hold myself together for others. 

It was such a weight off my shoulders when Tinylife reached out to us to help. It allowed me to focus on supporting My Wife & Son
